In the early Ming Dynasty, the rulers set up capital command division, chief secretary and inspector general to manage the local government. However, due to the complexity of the border situation and other factors, the original system was impacted, and Emperor Yongle began to set up the Guarding Eunuch. Because of the different circumstances, the time and process of setting up Guard Eunuch in different towns are also different. The eunuchs guarding Guangdong and Guangxi provinces and the government system formed by them are the embodiment of the particularity of the place. The establishment and eventual abolition of the eunuchs guarding Guangdong and Guangxi provinces caused changes in the local management system.
