近年来,传销活动在不断向高校渗透,大学生误入传销组织的事件频繁发生,给学生、家庭、学校、社会带来极大危害。大学生之所以容易误入传销组织或参与传销活动,既有世界观模糊、人生观畸变、法治观念薄弱等主观因素,也有家庭环境、高校管理、社会环境等客观因素。预防大学生误入非法传销组织,需要采取以下对策:完善校园安全管理、加强学生思想教育、加大反传销的宣传力度、加强学生“三观”和法律教育、做好学生的心理辅导、加强与政府部门协作、推进大学生就业帮扶制度。

In recent years,pyramid selling have penetrated into colleges and universities.The mistaken entry into pyramid market.ing of college students occurred frequently,which has brought huge damage to students,families,schools and society.The reason why college students are easy to be misled into pyramid selling organizations or participate in pyramid selling activities includes not only subjective factors such as vague world outlook,distorted outlook on life,weak concept of rule of law,but also objective fac.tors such as family environment,university management and social environment.To prevent college students from entering illegal pyramid selling organizations,the following countermeasures should be taken:improving campus safety management,strengthening students′ideological education,increasing the propaganda of anti-pyramid selling,strengthening students′values and legal educa.tion,carry out students′psychological counseling,strengthening cooperation with government departments,and promoting the em.ployment assistance system for college students.
