摘要
指纹痕迹具有唯一性、稳定性和可识别性等特性。当前的指纹检验工作存在指纹采集入库质量不高、过度依赖“比对系统”、管理制度不够完善与指纹检验人员缺乏一定的专业技能等问题。现有指纹检验实践中主要运用的是指纹的静态属性,忽视了动态指纹案件的重要性。应加强指纹痕迹检验专业的教育培训,构建指纹痕迹检验人员激励机制,完善指纹检验工作的信息化建设,构建指纹检验管理体系。
Fingerprints trails feature uniqueness,stability and recognition.Fingerprints test witnesses poor quality storage of fingerprint collection,excessive dependence on comparison system,defective management system and lack of professional skills on the part of fingerprints inspectors.Static attribute is primarily used in practice,ignoring the importance of dynamic fingerprints to the cases.Therefore,efforts need to be made to strengthen professional training for fingerprints trails,construct incentive mechanism for fingerprints inspectors,and improve information construction of fingerprints tests and establish fingerprint test management system.
