This paper discusses the necessity and value of constructing teaching resource base in higher vocational colleges.On the basis of following the logic of constructing teaching resource base,it must analyze the direction of integrated design of teaching resource bank in higher vocational colleges and the content of structured courses and resources.It emphasizes on promoting the optimization of application function of teaching resource base,innovation of sharing mechanism and abundant supply of resources.The strategy and method of meta-development aims to provide reference for the overall improvement of teaching concept and teaching level through the construction of teaching resource bank in higher vocational colleges.
