With the development of mobile Internet technology,the direct broadcast industry is rising rapidly.this paper analyzes the characteristics of live broadcast on the network,and probes into many problems that can not be ignored,such as vulgarization of content,homogeneity of content,infringement and so on.And put forward the relevant solutions to promote the standardization of the development of live broadcast industry.
