摘要 构建基于车联网的高速公路不良天气预警系统,针对隐患因素采取解决对策,提出系统结构布局,通过传感器检测温度、水位、能见度,将数据传输至信息收集处理子系统,系统进行数据处理后将正确信息发送至路侧动态信息显示标志;从控制系统构成、系统设计、系统流程3方面对系统进行介绍,并提出了系统的测试方案. There have been many crashes under the adverse weather conditions on expressways,and the connected vehicles technology is an effective means to reduce the crash rate.In this paper,an expressway advance warning system for adverse weather conditions is constructed based on connected vehicle technologies.Countermeasures are taken to solve the hidden danger factors,and the system structure layout is obtained.The data is transmitted to the information collection and processing subsystem from sensors monitoring temperature,water level and visibility.The system is introduced from the aspects of control system framework,system design,and system flow process;a system test plan is also proposed.
