Comprehensive Transport Development Strategy of the Hubei International Logistics Hub Based on SWOT Analysis

随着湖北国际物流核心枢纽主体工程项目鄂州民用机场的建设,如何充分发挥枢纽的综合交通功能、打造临空经济产业带和推动区域一体化发展成为制约枢纽发展的难点.本文基于SWOT分析法,通过内部优势和劣势、外部机会和威胁分析,确定了湖北国际物流核心枢纽综合交通发展策略,以推进枢纽高质量发展.

With the main project construction of Ezhou Civil Airport(i.e.,Hubei International Logistics Hub),there will be some difficulties that restrict the development of the Hub,such as how to give full play to the comprehensive transport function of the Hub,build the airport economic zone and promote the development of regional integration.Based on the Strengths Weaknesses Opportunities and Threats(SWOT)Analysis method,the paper analyzes the internal advantages and disadvantages in comprehensive transit development,as well as the chance and threat of external macro political,economic environment,and it puts forward relevant development strategies.Finally,the conclusion is drawn,aiming at promoting the high-quality development of the hub.
