摘要 目的探讨FOCUS-PDCA程序在流产绒毛染色体标本采集质量管理中的应用效果,提升多重连接依赖探针扩增(multiplex ligation-dependent probe amplification,MLPA)技术中流产绒毛染色体标本采集合格率。方法采用不同病例前-后对照研究,将2016年6月-2017年5月实施FOCUS-PDCA程序前送检的绒毛染色体标本137份设为对照组,2017年6月-2018年5月实施FOCUS-PDCA程序后送检的绒毛染色体标本92份设为观察组。对照组采用传统流产绒毛染色体标本采集方法进行质量管理,观察组采用FOCUS-PDCA程序流产绒毛染色体标本进行质量管理。比较实施FOCUS-PDCA程序前后绒毛染色体标本采集不合格率情况。结果实施FOCUS-PDCA程序前后标本不合格率比较,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义,观察组不合格率明显低于对照组。结论FOCUS-PDCA程序可提升绒毛标本采集质量,有效降低绒毛染色体标本采集不合格率。 Objective To explore the application effect of FOCUS-PDCA program in the quality management of aborted villus chromosome collection and improve the collection passing rate of aborted villus chromosome specimens in multiplex ligation-dependent probe amplification(MLPA)technology.Methods Using pre-and post-control studies of different cases,137 copies of the villus chromosome specimens submitted before the implementation of the FOCUS-PDCA procedure from June 2016 to May 2017 were used as the control group.92 copies of the chorionic chromosome specimens submitted after the FOCUS-PDCA procedure implementation from June 2017 to May 2018 were set as observation group.The control group used the traditional abortion fluff chromosome specimen collection method for quality management,and the observation group used the FOCUS-PDCA procedure to produce the fluff chromosome specimen collection for quality management.Compare the unqualified rate of fluffy chromosome specimen collection before and after the implementation of FOCUS-PDCA procedure.Result The failure rates of specimens before and after the implementation of FOCUS-PDCA procedure were compared,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,and the unqualified rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group.Conclusion The FOCUS-PDCA procedure can improve the collection quality of fluff specimens and effectively reduce the unqualified rate of fluffy chromosome specimen collection.
