根据机器人推盘堆垛机在工厂生产流水线中的具体应用,分析在危险区域的场景中会给操作人员带来的伤害,分析每个危险点存在的安全隐患,并选用对应的安全电器设备进行防护。评估不同应用场景的危险性和确定对应的安全等级要求,并对不同危险区域制定相应的保护系统方案,然后用安全测试软件对仿真系统进行安全等级的检验,不断调试直到满足系统性能的安全要求。

According to the concrete application of the robot palletizer in the production line of the factory,the paper analyzes the injury to the operators in the dangerous area.Analyze the hidden danger of each dangerous point,and choose the corresponding safety electrical equipment for protection.Assess the risk of different application scenarios and determine the corresponding safety level requirements,and develop corresponding protection system schemes for different dangerous areas,and then test the safety level of the simulation system with safety test software,and continuously debug until the safety requirements of system performance are met.
