摘要
目的了解分析杭州市某三甲医院恶性肿瘤患者的营养状况,以期为恶性肿瘤患者临床营养干预提供客观依据。方法选取2017年1月至12月恶性肿瘤住院患者320例为研究对象,采用PG-SGA、实验室检查及体格检查评估患者的营养状况。结果59.37%的肿瘤患者存在不同程度的营养不良,其中重度营养不良占比35.00%,中度营养不良占比24.37%;消化道肿瘤患者营养不良发生率明显高于非消化道肿瘤患者(65.21%vs.52.80%),差异具有统计学意义(χ^2=8.128,P<0.01);患者的营养状况与体质指数、血红蛋白、血清白蛋白、血清前白蛋白均呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论恶性肿瘤患者营养不良发生率高,患者营养状况与肿瘤类别、体质指数、血红蛋白、血清白蛋白、血清前白蛋白值均具有相关性。
Objective To understand the nutritional status quo of patients with malignant tumor admitted to a grade-A tertiary hospital in Hangzhou. Methods Firstly, 320 patients with malignant tumor who were admitted and hospitalized to a grade-A tertiary hospital in Hangzhou during the period from January to December 2017 were chosen as the subjects of study. Secondly, PG-SGA, laboratory examination and physical examination were used for an assessment of the nutritional status of the subjects. Results Malnutrition of different degrees was found in 59.37% of the subjects among whom 35.00% was of severe dystrophy and 24.37% was of moderate dystrophy. The rate of incidence of malnutrition in patients with digestive tract cancer (65.21%) was significantly higher than that (52.80%) in patients with non alimentary tract cancer. The difference was statistically significant (χ^2 =8.128, P <0.01). The nutritional status of the patients was negatively correlated with body mass index, hemoglobin, serum albumin and serum prealbumin ( P <0.05). Conclusions The rate of incidence of malnutrition in patients with malignant tumor is high. The nutritional status of patients is correlated with tumor types, body mass index, hemoglobin, serum albumin and serum prealbumin.
