综合护理对上肢骨折患者疼痛及肢体肿胀水平的影响

Efficacy of comprehensive nursing in treating pain and limb swelling in the wake of upper limb fracture

目的探讨综合护理对上肢骨折患者疼痛及肿胀水平的影响。方法80例上肢骨折患者中40例给予常规护理(对照组),40例在常规护理基础上给予综合护理(观察组);比较两组患者术后疼痛、肢体肿胀的情况。结果术后24h,观察组Ⅱ、Ⅲ级肿胀程度的比例低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后48h,观察组0级肿胀程度的比例高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后24h、48h的疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理能够减轻上肢骨折患者术后的肢体肿胀和疼痛水平,提高患者的术后舒适度。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of comprehensive nursing in treating pain and swelling in the wake of upper limb fracture. Methods Firstly, 80 patients with upper limb fracture were divided into an experimental group ( n =40) and a control group ( n =40). Secondly, the control group was administered with routine nursing and the experimental group was subjected to comprehensive nursing. The pain and swelling of limbs after operation were documented and compared between the two groups. Results 24 hours after operation, the rate of grade Ⅱ and Ⅲ swelling degree in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05);48 hours after operation, the rate of grade 0 swelling degree in the experimental group was higher than that in the control. The difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05). The pain scores in the experimental group as observed 24 h and 48 h after operation were found to be lower than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05). Conclusions Comprehensive nursing can effectively reduce the level of swelling and pain in wake of upper limb fracture and improve the comfort of patients after operation.
