22例多发肺磨玻璃结节表现的肺腺癌临床分析 被引量:1

摘要 文章回顾性分析22例以多发肺磨玻璃结节(ground-glass opacity, GGO)表现且经病理证实的肺腺癌患者的临床资料,对其初诊时主要症状、病程、既往史、合并症、家族史、肺部影像学表现、手术方式、病理结果及预后等进行整理分析,归纳其临床特点。GGO作为一种特征性影像学表现,缺乏特异性,多发GGO患者须建议定期随访,避免过度治疗。
