进城经商是创业吗?——基于进城经商经验的分析

Is Farmers’ Engagement in Business in Cities Equal to Entrepreneurship?

通过对进城经商和创业间的关系的解读认为,在形式层面,进城经商符合日常生活中社会民众对创业的认知,如经济组织的实际指向、拥有经济组织的所有权、产生经济效益等;在实质层面,进城经商对经济行动主体和社会发展产生结构性影响,如价值理念、社会经济再生产的生成等。在与家庭联产承包责任制下的劳动生产形式比较中可见,进城经商的创业属性和特征明显。转换进城经商为进城创业的表达,一方面要打破非正规经济视角,从创业视角审视进城经商现象,将其与政府的制度安排有效对接;另一方面,从本土相关社会学知识出发,明确创业概念,重构创业知识体系,有效促进本土社会科学的发展。

Through an analysis of the relationship between farmers’engagement in business in cit.ies and entrepreneurship,the paper holds:on the formative level,the former is aligned with the public’s cognition of the latter in the dimensions of the real direction of economic organizations,the ownership of such organizations,and the production of economic benefits;on the substantial level,the former poses structural impacts on the subjects of economic actions and the social devel.opment,for instance,in values and the generation of social economy’s reproduction.Compared with the form of production under the family contract responsibility system,engagement in business in cities has clear entrepreneurial attributes and characteristics.To regard the former as the latter must cast away nonstandard economic perspectives,view the former from the entrepreneurial per.spective,and effectively connect it with the government’s institutional arrangement.It is also neces.sary to further clarify the definition of entrepreneurship,reconstruct the knowledge system about en.trepreneurship from related local sociological knowledge,and effectively promote the development of local social sciences.
