摘要
为了改善牙科模具石膏的韧性,防止翻制模型时粘印模材料的问题,提出以液相法α型高强度半水石膏粉为基料,添加适量的增韧剂进行改性用于生产超高强石膏。试验研究了原料、陈化时间、增韧剂添加量对牙科模具石膏性能的影响,以取得生产高档牙科模具石膏的最佳工艺参数。
In order to improve the toughness of the dental mould gypsum, to avoid the sticking issue during mould making, it is proposed that liquid phase a type high-strength hemi-hydrate gypsum powder be used as the base material, and add proper amount of toughening agent to improve its quality for making ultra-high strength gypsum. The research examines the impacts by raw material, settling time, toughening agent quantity on the property of dental mould gypsum, so as to obtain the optimum process parameters for production of premium dental mould gypsum.
