摘要
分析比较了常用固体物料干燥的工作原理与特点,以某项目吸附剂干燥系统选择的“闪蒸+沸腾床”干燥组合的方式为例,介绍了该干燥系统的工艺流程和系统关键参数的计算方法,并根据计算结果确定了干燥设备的规格型号。
The analysis and comparison of the working principles and features of typical solid material drying are provided. By taking the example of the drying combination of "flashing + fluidized bed" selected in a project for the absorbent drying system, the process flow of the drying system and the calculation methods of key parameters of the system is outlined, and the sizing of the drying equipment is selected based on the calculation results .
