摘要
结合某燃煤锅炉烟气脱硫脱硝装置运行的实际情况,分析了其操作误区--一味地降低NOx和SO2的排污指标,而未顾及氨逃逸等其他不良影响,已危及装置的长周期安全稳定运行,提出了相应的消除不良影响和改善操作方法的措施和建议。
Based on the actual operation status of the flue gas deSOx and deNOx units of a coal-fired boiler, the operation issues are analyzed that all attention are focused on reducing emission figures of NOX and SO2 while other adverse impacts such as fugitive ammonia are ignored, which has affected the long, safe and stable operation of the units provided. Countermeasures and recommendations to eliminate the adverse impacts and methods to improve the operation are proposed.
