Aspen EDR软件在硫磺回收贫富液换热器工艺设计中的应用

摘要 贫富液换热器是硫磺回收SCOT法尾气处理部分的重要设备,具有热负荷大,冷热流体温差大等特点。使用Aspen EDR软件模拟设计贫富液换热器的相关参数,对比模拟的热阻分布、阻力降分布、流股分布等分析换热效果的控制因素,并结合实际工程要求和相关设计手册进行设计优化。 The lean and rich liquid heat exchanger is a key equipment in the SCOT tailgas treatment section of the sulfur recovery unit, which features big heat load and big temperature difference between cold and hot streams. Aspen EDR is employed to simulate relevant parameters for the design of the lean and rich liquid heat exchanger, analyze the control factors for the heat exchanging effect by comparing with the simulated thermal resistance distribution ,resistance drop distribution, and stream distribution, and optimize the design based on actual engineering requirements and relevant design manual.
