嗜酸乳杆菌对肉鸡肠神经胶质细胞数量分布的影响

摘要 本试验旨在研究日粮中添加不同比例嗜酸乳杆菌对肉鸡肠神经胶质细胞(entericglial cells,ECGs)分布及数量的影响.将160只1日龄黄羽肉鸡随机分为4组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,3个试验组分别在基础日粮中添加4%、5%和6%的嗜酸乳杆菌。饲喂35d后宰杀取鸡肠道组织样,制作石蜡切片,采用改良的Holzer染色方法染色并观察。观察结果表明,试验组鸡EGCs主要分布在黏膜固有层、黏膜下层和肌层,黏膜上皮及肠腺周围仅有少量分布,肠绒毛顶端的固有膜中EGCs聚集成群分布,试验组鸡肠道各段EGCs数量较对照组明显增多(p<0.05),各试验组之间EGCs差异不显著(p>0.05).肠神经胶质细胞广泛分布在鸡肠道黏膜层、黏膜下层和肌层,各部位呈分散分布。结果表明嗜酸乳杆菌可影响肉鸡肠道EGCs的数量分布。 To investigate the effect of Lactobacillus acidophilus on glial cells numbers and distribution in intestinal of broiler. 160 broilers at one day of age were randomly allotted to 4 groups with 5 replicates per group and 8 broilers per replicate. The broilers in the control group were fed a basal diet, and those in Lactobacillus acidophilus group were fed the basal diet with 4%, 5%, 6%, respectively.The experiment lasted for 35 days.The glial cells numbers and distribution were investigated by histological methoed. Samples were stained and observed by Holzer staining method. Results showed that: EGCs were mainly distributed in the lamina propria, subinucosa and muscular layer of the broiler intestine in the experimental group, and only a small amount of EGCs were distributed around the mucosal epithelium and small intestinal glands. And the number of EGCs in the lamina propria at the top of the intestinal villi, in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (p<0.05), but there were unsignificant difference among the experimental groups (p> 0.05 ).The intestinal glial cells in the control group were widely distributed in the intestinal mucosa, subniucosa and muscular layer of broilers, and distributed in various parts. The results showed that Lactobacillus acidophilus could affect numbers and the distribution of EGCs in intestinal of broilers.
