摘要
围绕肉苁蓉产业的发展,集成梭梭节水栽培技术、肉苁蓉人工接种技术、高效滴灌栽培技术、采种、种子保存技术等,为示范团场培育新的经济增长点。利用压力补偿式滴灌种植梭梭,总结梭梭的节水灌溉和后期管护技术,探索梭梭的高效水资源利用和水肥管理技术模式;引进荒漠肉苁蓉人工接种技术,采用沟播接种和穴播接种两种技术模式开展试验示范,并针对两种接种技术在接种后的接种率、寄主生长情况、单品肉苁蓉鲜重和产量等进行监测,确定最优接种模式;针对鲜品肉苁蓉的采收、加工和预留种子的植株管理实时监测,形成肉苁蓉高产稳产、采收加工、种子采收技术体系和技术规范。
Focuses on the development of Cistanche deserticola industry, integrated the Haloxylon ammodendron water-saving cultivation technology, cistanche deserticola artificial inoculation technology, and high- efficiency drip irrigation cultivation technology, seed picking and seed preservation technology, etc., to cultivate new economic growth points for the demonstration group farm. The pressure- compensated drip irrigation pipe was used to plant Haloxylon ammodendron , water- saving irrigation and latestage pipe protection technology of Haloxylon ammodendron were summarized , and efficient water resource utilization and water and fertilizer management technology mode of Haloxylon ammodendron were explored. The artificial inoculation technology of desert Cistanche deserticola was introduced, and two technical models of ditch seeding and acupoint seeding were adopted to carry out experimental demonstration. The inoculation rate, host growth, fresh weight and yield of single Cistanche deserticola were monitored after inoculation to determine the optimal inoculation model. The technical system and specifications of high and stable yield , harvesting and processing, and seed harvesting of Cistanche deserticola were formed according to the real- time monitoring of harvesting, processing and plant management of the seeds reserved for Cistanche deserticola.
