新疆咸水资源现状及其利用分析 被引量:3

摘要 咸水资源在西北干旱区储量可观,但是对咸水的利用研究相对滞后.通过对新疆水资源现状及利用状况进行调查分析,指出其在咸水资源利用方面存在水质及时空分布数据缺乏、开发利用整体统筹管理有待加强等问题,并在此基础上分析新疆咸水资源合理开发利用的方向,有助于更好的了解新疆潜在水资源的利用状况,为进一步协调西北干旱区农业用水、生活用水和生态用水的关系,保护干旱区生态环境提供研究基础. Shortage of water resources is a long standing issue in northwest arid areas , as the economy and society develops;the problem is more obvious in Xingjiang. Fully understand the utilization of saline water resources in Xinjiang can effectively alleviate the shortage of fresh water resources. Synthetically analyses the research status and development of saline water at home and abroad and problems such as low level of development and utilization , lack of long-term and systematic research were pointed out, besides, saline water resources data such as distribution varies on space and time , the salinity of the water in Xinjiang are ambiguous, it would become very difficult to utilization the water research effectively. And on this basis some effective measures were supposed to harmonize relationship among agricultural water, domestic water and ecological use of water, and provide a preliminary basis for further protection of ecological and social development in arid zone. Effective measures include utilizing advanced techniques in the desalination of seawater and brackish water, studying on water resources reasonable distribution between the urban life-water quantity and industrial water, focus on salt-tolerant crops research , develop modem cost-effective , eco-friendly agriculture and promote industry intensification , and so on.
