摘要
采用扫描电镜、能谱测试仪、X射线衍射仪和电化学测试仪等检测技术,研究了不同Sn含量对轧制退火态Mg-6Al-x Sn镁合金组织和电化学性能的影响。结果表明:随着Sn元素含量的增多,Mg2Sn第二相由晶界处的弥散分布逐渐向晶内分布转变,且晶内细小的点状第二相易聚集成粗大块状第二相;当添加1%的Sn元素形成的AT61(Mg-6Al-1Sn)镁合金具有最好的电化学活性(腐蚀电位-1.68 V,腐蚀电流0.49×10^-3mA·cm^-2)和放电性能(100 mA·cm^-2电流密度下的平衡电位可达-1.62 V)。
Effects of different Sn contents on microstructure and electrochemical properties of Mg-6Al-xSn magnesium alloy via post-rolling annealing were studied by means of scanning electron microscope,energy spectrum tester,X-ray tester and electrochemical measurements techniques.The results show that the second phase of Mg2Sn gradually changes from the dispersion distribution at the grain boundary to the intracrystalline distribution.The small dot-like secondary phase in grains is easily clustered to form coarser massive secondary phase.It is found that the AT61(Mg-6Al-1Sn)magnesium alloy formed by adding 1%Sn has the best electrochemical activity(corrosion potential is-1.62 V,corrosion current is 0.49×10^-3 A·cm^-2)and discharge performance(the equilibrium potential can reach-1.62 V at 100 mA·cm^-2 current density).
