摘要
采用光学显微镜,X射线衍射仪,差示扫描量热仪以及拉伸测试等手段对Sc掺杂Ti-V-Al高温形状记忆合金的马氏体相变,组织结构以及力学性能和形状记忆效应进行表征。结果表明:含有微量Sc掺杂的Ti-V-Al合金室温下均为正交α″马氏体相;微量Sc掺杂,使Ti-V-Al合金的晶粒尺寸稍微细化;随着Sc含量的增加,相变温度持续升高;基于晶粒的细化,Ti-V-Al合金的伸长率得以提高;并且,Sc的添加使形状记忆效应提高了0.5%。
The martensite transformation,microstructure as well as the mechanical properties and shape memory effect of the Ti-V-Al high temperature shape memory alloy doping minor Sc were characterized by means of optical microscope,X-ray diffraction,differential scanning calorimeter and tensile testing.The results show that the Ti-V-Al alloys contained minor Sc can be indexed asα″martensite with a orthorhombic structure at room temperature;minor Sc addition can result in the refined grain size;the transformation temperature increases continuously with the increase of Sc content;the elongation of Ti-V-Al alloy is improved owing to the refined grain size,besides,the shape memory effect strain is enhanced by 0.5%as a result of Sc addition.
