摘要
以2500 mm宽30 mm厚的TA1热轧钛板为研究对象,采用拉伸试验机、光学显微镜等手段研究了退火温度对其力学性能的影响。结果表明,热轧宽厚TA1钛板(670~730)℃×1.5 h退火后,可获得最佳的显微组织和综合力学性能,组织为细小均匀的等轴晶粒,经晶粒尺寸为133~150μm,屈服强度为255~245 MPa,抗拉强度为330~315 MPa,伸长率为38%~45%。
Effect of annealing temperature on the mechanical properties of hot rolled TA1 titanium plate with 2500 mm wide and 30 mm thick,was studied by means of tensile testing machine and optical microscope.The results show that the best annealing process of hot rolled wide thick TA1 titanium plate is:670-730℃holding for 1.5 h.The best microstructure and comprehensive mechanical properties can be obtained by annealing under this process,and the equiaxed grain is fine and uniform,the grain size is 133-150μm,the yield strength is 255-245 MPa,the tensile strength is 330-315 MPa,and the elongation is 38%-45%.
