30CrMnSiA钢封头QPQ处理后的组织和性能

Microstructure and properties of 30CrMnSiA seal head after QPQ treatment

摘要 对30CrMnSiA钢封头进行了QPQ处理,并对其组织和性能进行了研究。结果表明:经QPQ处理后,封头基体硬度及力学性能变化不大;渗层深度约为200μm,表面硬度达到840 HV0.1;表层组织为Fe3O4氧化膜和Fe2-3CN或Fe3CN组织,心部组织为回火索氏体;封头中性盐雾腐蚀时间达到200 h。 The microstructure and corrosion resistance of 30CrMnSiA steel seal head treated by QPQ were investigated.The results show that the hardness and mechanical properties of the head matrix after QPQ treatment do not change significantly.The QPQ treated depth is about 200μm,the surface hardness reaches 840HV0.1.The surface structure is Fe3O4 oxidation and a special organization Fe2-3CN or Fe3CN,and the center structure is tempered sorbite.The neutral salt spray trial of the head reaches 200 h.
