摘要
为保证铝车轮多层加热炉炉膛内流场均匀和工件温度场均匀,对炉内导风系统进行了研究,利用有限元软件对多层加热炉不同设计方案下的导风系统,进行了模拟分析,优化了设计方案,获得了较佳的流场与温度场。结果表明,分别在第二层与第三层车轮附近的导流板上各增加一个导风口与导流圆弧板,且当两层圆弧板尺寸分别为100 mm和150 mm时,炉膛内流场较均匀,各层工件温度均匀性较佳。
To ensure the uniform flow field in aluminum alloy heat treatment furnace and the uniform temperature during heating process of the workpieces,the air diversion system in the furnace was studied,the air guide system of multi-layer heating furnace under different design schemes was simulated and analyzed with finite element software,then the design scheme was optimized,and the better flow field and temperature field were obtained.The results show that when one inlet and one arc plate are added to the draft plate near the second and third layer wheels respectively,and when the size of the two-layer circular plate is 100 mm and 150 mm,respectively,the flow field in the furnace is more uniform,and the temperature uniformity of each layer of workpieces is better.
