摘要
为了降低10 kV配电线路雷击跳闸率、事故率,利用“压缩-气吹”灭弧新方法研发一种多管道压缩气体灭弧防雷装置。通过合理的设计装置的结构,研究压缩气流形成与灭弧原理,建立压缩气流熄灭工频电弧的数学模型,利用Fluent软件对单元灭弧结构进行了灭弧仿真分析,设置了灭弧试验验证装置的灭弧性能,分析了装置在10 kV配电网线路的实际运行效果。结果表明,多管道压缩气体灭弧防雷装置能在2.5 ms内熄灭电弧,保护电网的运行安全。
In order to reduce the lightning trip-out rate and the accident rate of 10 kV distribution line, a new method of “compressed air blowing” arc extinguishing is used to develop a multi pipeline compressed gas arc extinguishing device. The principle of compressed airflow formation and arc extinguishing is studied by reasonably designing the structure of the device. Then establish the mathematical model of power frequency arc extinguishing by compressed air flow. The arc extinguishing simulation of the arc unit structure was analyzed by using Fluent software. Set the arc extinguishing performance of the arc extinguishing test device, analysis the effect of actual operation of the device in 10 kV power distribution line net. The results show that arc extinguishing and lightning protection device with multi pipeline compressed gas can extinguish the arc in 2.5 ms and protect the operation safety of the power grid.
