摘要
输电线路风偏事故频繁发生,对线路正常运行危害极大,尤其在大风天气下经常会造成风偏闪络事故,输电线路的风偏角监测在维护线路正常运行中起到很重要的作用。以一仿真实验为例,对某特定型号的导线和绝缘子进行绝缘子风偏角进行仿真得到动态风偏角与速度关系的表达式,探究不同风速不同覆冰条件下动态与静态风偏角的关系,利用静态风偏角与动态风偏角的关系和动态风偏与速度的关系,有了静态风偏角和风速便可对进行动态风偏中的参数进行估计,从而得到动态风偏的计算表达式。结果显示,该方法可以计算全线的绝缘子串风偏角,实时监测输电线路全线各绝缘子串风偏角的动态分布状况,有利于故障隐患排查为维护输电线路正常运行提供重要防预措施。
The windage yaw accidents have occurred frequently, which is great harm to the transmission lines, especially in windy conditions often cause move flashover accident. The monitoring of windage yaw plays an important role on maintain the normal operation of the line. The simulation experimental was taken as an example in this paper. Firstly, carrying on simulation test for a particular type of conductor and insulator string to get the expression of relationship of dynamic angle and wind speed, and exploring the relationship of dynamic wind yaw angle and static wind yaw angle under the different wind speed and different thickness of ice, so can estimate the parameters of dynamic wind yaw angle by value of static wind yaw angle and wind speed to get the expression of dynamic wind yaw angle, to calculated the dynamic wind yaw angle of insulator string, repeat the above steps for all span to get the whole wind yaw angle along the transmission lines. The result show that this algorithm to calculate windage yaw angle can reflect the dynamic changes of the actual transmission lines well, which is provide important prevention measures for maintaining the normal operation of transmission lines.
