摘要
提出了一种采用光纤光栅传感技术实现悬挂式单轨列车位置检测的方法和系统。在室外轨道区段分界处设置一套光纤光栅传感器,并将其安装在列车车轮走行的轨道梁底板上;室内调制解调仪内置信号发送器,通过光缆将光信号发送给光纤光栅传感器。列车车轮作用在轨道梁底板所产生的应变导致光纤布拉格光栅出现波长漂移,调制解调仪通过光纤布拉格光栅波长的变化,计算出轨道梁产生应变的大小,并将解调数据(应变信号)发送给信号处理主机。信号处理主机根据解调数据的突变点,识别悬挂式单轨列车的运行位置。该系统除了可以识别列车所在轨道区段的占用状态以外,还可通过对列车轮对数的统计,实现列车完整性检测。
A system for location detection of suspended monorail trains using fiber grating(FBG)sensors is proposed.A suit of FBG sensors are respectively equipped at both ends of the track section boundary,and they are installed on the base plate of track beam.The built-in signal transmitter of the demodulator in the signal equipment room sends the optical signal to the FBG sensors through the optical cable.The strain generated by the train wheels acting on the bottom of the track beam will cause wavelength drift of the fiber bragg grating.The demodulator calculates the strain of the track beam by the fiber bragg grating wavelength change,and sends the demodulated data(strain signal)to the signal processing host.Then,the signal processing host identifies the suspended monorail train based on the abrupt point of the demodulated data.In addition to i-dentifying the occupancy status of the track section,it can also achieve train integrity detection by counting the logarithm of the wheel.
