摘要
子宫腺肌病是妇科常见病和疑难病,其病因尚不明确,多发于30~50岁的经产妇,严重影响育龄期妇女的生活质量。上皮间质转化(EMT)可促进子宫内膜细胞发生侵袭迁移和浸润,与子宫腺肌病的发生发展密切相关。文章主要从子宫腺肌病EMT的转录调控机制,参与子宫腺肌病EMT相关的信号转导通路及其他调控因素等进行综述。
Adenomyosis is a common and difficult gynecological disease,whose etiology is still unclear. It occurs mostly in women aged 30-50 years,which seriously affects the quality of life of women of childbearing age. Epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT)can promote the invasion,migration and infiltration of endometrial cells,which is closely related to the occurrence and development of adenomyosis. This article mainly reviews the transcriptional regulation mechanism of EMT,the signal transduction pathway related to EMT and other regulatory factors in adenomyosis.
