贝那普利联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效及对患者白蛋白尿的影响

Efficacy of Benazepril Combined with Atorvastatin Calcium in the Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy and Its Effect on Albuminuria

目的探讨贝那普利联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗糖尿病肾病(DN)的疗效及对患者白蛋白尿的影响。方法以我院2017年3月至2018年10月收治的60例DN伴有白蛋白尿的患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组各30例。对照组给予贝那普利治疗,研究组给予贝那普利联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、24h尿微量白蛋白排泄率、尿蛋白含量以及不良反应。结果研究组的治疗总有效率为93.33%,显著高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的24h尿微量白蛋白排泄率、尿蛋白含量分别为(499.03±61.33)mg/d、(1.22±0.11)g/d,均显著低于对照组的(612.01±5.55)mg/d、(1.91±0.15)g/d,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间均无明显不良反应。结论贝那普利联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗DN患者的疗效显著,可明显改善患者的白蛋白尿,安全性高。

Objective To explore the efficacy of benazepril combined with atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy (DN) and its effect on albuminuria. Methods 60 cases of DN patients complicated with albuminuria admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to October 2018 were selected as research objects, and randomly divided into two groups, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with benazepril, and the study group was treated with benazepril combined with atorvastatin calcium. The clinical efficacy, 24 h urine albumin excretion rate, urine protein content and adverse reactions were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment of the study group was 93.33%, significantly higher than 73.33% of the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the 24 h urine albumin excretion rate and urine protein content of the study group were (499.03 ± 61.33) mg/d and (1.22 ± 0.11) g/d respectively, significantly lower than (612.01 ± 5.55) mg/d and (1.91 ± 0.15) g/d of the control group (P <0.05). No obvious adverse reaction was found during treatment in both groups. Conclusions Benazepril combined with atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of patients with diabetic nephropathy has significant efficacy and high safety, which can obviously improve patients' albuminuria.
