摘要
目的探讨持续性人文关怀理念在重症监护病房患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取2017年7月至2018年6月我院重症监护病房收治的108例患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组各54例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上增加持续性人文关怀理念,比较两组的护理效果。结果护理后,两组患者的焦虑、抑郁评分均较护理前明显降低,且观察组的焦虑和抑郁评分均显著低于对照组(P均<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度显著高于对照组(96.30%vs.85.19%,P<0.05)。观察组的治疗依从性评分、舒适度评分均显著高于对照组,ICU住院时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在重症监护病房患者的护理中实施持续性人文关怀理念,可有效改善患者的不良情绪,提高患者的治疗依从性、舒适度和满意度,缩短ICU住院时间。
Objective To explore the application effect of continuous humanistic care concept in the nursing of ICU patients. Methods 108 cases of patients admitted to the ICU of our hospital from July 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the research objects, and randomly divided into two groups, with 54 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received routine nursing, while patients in the observation group received additional continuous humanistic care concept on the basis of routine nursing. The nursing effects of two groups were compared. Results After nursing, both groups had significantly decreased anxiety and depression scores compared with those before nursing, and the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 96.30%, significantly higher than 85.19% of the control group (P<0.05). The scores of treatment compliance and comfort degree of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the ICU hospitalization time was significantly shorter than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions The application of continuous humanistic care concept in the nursing of ICU patients can effectively improve patients' bad mood, improve patients' treatment compliance, comfort degree and satisfaction degree, and shorten the ICU hospitalization time.
