中西医结合护理在ICU压疮高危患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Nursing in ICU Patients with High-Risk of Pressure Sore

目的探讨中西医结合护理在ICU压疮高危患者中的应用效果。方法选取2016年8月至2018年8月我院ICU压疮高危患者60例,随机分为两组:单独西医护理组(30例)和中西医结合护理组(30例),比较两组患者的护理疗效、换药频率、创面愈合时间、疼痛评分、护理满意度。结果中西医结合护理组患者的护理总有效率为96.7%,显著高于单独西医护理组的76.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中西医结合护理组患者的换药频率显著低于单独西医护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中西医结合护理组患者的创面愈合时间显著短于单独西医护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中西医结合护理组患者的疼痛评分显著低于单独西医护理组,护理满意度显著高于单独西医护理组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合护理可提高ICU压疮高危患者的护理疗效,降低换药频率,缩短创面愈合时间,降低疼痛评分,提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine nursing in ICU patients with high-risk of pressure sore. Methods 60 cases of ICU patients with high risk of pressure sore in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups: the western medicine nursing group (30 cases) and the integrated Chinese and western medicine nursing group (30 cases). The nursing efficacy, dressing frequency, wound healing time, pain score, and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of nursing in the integrated Chinese and western medicine nursing group was 96.7%, significantly higher than 76.7% in the western medicine nursing group (P<0.05). The dressing frequency in the integrated Chinese and western medicine nursing group was significantly lower than that in the western medicine nursing group (P <0.05). The wound healing time in the integrated Chinese and western medicine nursing group was significantly shorter than that in the western medicine nursing group (P <0.05). The pain score in the integrated Chinese and western medicine nursing group was significantly lower than that in the western medicine nursing group, and the nursing satisfaction degree was significantly higher than that in the western medicine nursing group (P<0.05). Conclusions Integrated Chinese and western medicine nursing can improve the nursing efficacy of ICU patients with high risk of pressure sore, reduce the dressing frequency, shorten the wound healing time, reduce the pain score, and improve the nursing satisfaction degree.
