河南获嘉县嘉苑小区汉墓发掘简报

The Excavation of a Han Tomb in Jiayuan Community, Huojia County, Henan Province

2010年5月,新乡市文物考古研究所在获嘉县嘉苑小区建设工地发掘清理了一座大型砖室墓,出土有陶器、铜器、铁器、石器等。根据墓葬形制和出土器物特征,该墓葬的时代应为东汉晚期。此次发掘为进一步研究新乡地区东汉时期的社会历史及丧葬制度提供了重要的实物资料。

In May 2010, at the construction site of Jiayuan Community in Huojia County, archaeologists from Xinxiang City Institute of Cultural Relics and Archaeology excavated a large brick-chambered tomb and unearthed earthenware, bronze ware, iron implements and stone artifacts. The tomb structure and excavated items all indicate that this tomb was constructed during late Eastern Han. The excavation has provided important physical study materials for researches on social history and sepulchral customs in Xinxiang during Eastern Han.
