内宣外抚联合交互沟通对呼吸衰竭行无创呼吸机治疗清醒患者心理舒适度的影响

Effect of internal and external massage combined with interactive communication on psychological comfort of awake patients with respiratory failure treated with non-invasive ventilator

目的观察内宣外抚联合交互沟通护理对呼吸衰竭行无创呼吸机治疗清醒患者心理舒适度的影响。方法选取2016年3月~2017年8月在该院接受无创呼吸机治疗的呼吸衰竭清醒患者84例,随机分为对照组和试验组,各42例。对照组患者接受呼吸衰竭无创呼吸机治疗常规护理,试验组在对照组患者基础上接受内宣外抚联合交互沟通护理干预,对两组患者干预后的各观察指标进行比较。结果试验组患者呼吸衰竭无创呼吸机治疗清醒患者干预后抑郁焦虑评分低于对照组清醒患者,护理满意率高于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论采用内宣外抚联合交互沟通对呼吸衰竭行无创呼吸机治疗清醒患者实施心理护理,对于该类清醒患者抑郁焦虑消极情绪的改善极为有效,可显著提高该类患者的护理满意率。

Objective To observe the effect of internal and external massage combined with interactive communication nursing on psychological comfort of awake patients with respiratory failure treated with non-invasive. Methods A total of 84 patients with respiratory failure and wakefulness who received non-invasive ventilator treatment in this hospital from March 2016 to August 2017 were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 42 patients each. Patients in the control group received routine nursing care of non-invasive ventilator treatment for respiratory failure, while patients in the experimental group received nursing intervention of internal massage and external massage combined with interactive communication on the basis of patients in the control group. The observation indexes of the two groups after intervention were compared. Results The scores of depression and anxiety in patients with respiratory failure treated with non-invasive ventilator after intervention in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the nursing satisfaction rate was higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusions The use of internal, external and massage combined with interactive communication for respiratory failure non-invasive ventilator treatment of awake patients to implement psychological care, for such awake patients with depression, anxiety and negative emotions is very effective, can significantly improve the rate of nursing satisfaction of such patients.
