摘要
目的探讨基于血糖值的规范化进食方案对患者透析期间血糖水平的影响。方法选取2017年10月~2017年12月在该院血透中心门诊行维持性血液透析的糖尿病肾病患者30例,30例患者前后接受两种干预,即常规护理措施干预和基于血糖值的规范化进食方案干预,并收集两次干预透析期间血糖资料。结果干预前低血糖发生率(6.67%)低于干预后(1.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前患者血糖水平随透析的进展呈进行性下降;干预前与干预后患者透析期间各时间点血糖水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论基于血糖值的规范化进食方案能明显降低透析期间低血糖发生率,并且可使透析期间各时间点血糖水平趋于稳定。
Objective To investigate the effect of standardized eating plan based on blood glucose on blood glucose level during dialysis. Methods A total of 30 diabetic nephropathy patients who underwent maintenance hemodialysis in the outpatient department of hemodialysis center of the hospital from October 2017 to December 2017 were selected.30 patients received two kinds of intervention before and after, namely the intervention of routine nursing measures and the intervention of standardized eating plan based on blood glucose value, and blood glucose data during the two interventions were collected. Results The incidence of hypoglycemia before intervention(6.67%) was lower than after intervention(1.33%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Before intervention, the blood glucose level of patients showed a progressive decline with the progress of dialysis.There was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose levels between patients before and after intervention during dialysis(P>0.05). Conclusions Standardized feeding scheme based on blood glucose values can significantly reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia during dialysis and stabilize blood glucose levels at various time points during dialysis.
