一种带底座注射器针帽的研制与应用

目的克服现有普通注射器针帽开口端竖直向上放置时重心不稳,注射器针头不易插入,单手回套针帽难度大;横躺放置时,开口紧贴操作台面,单手回套针帽时,针尖易接触针帽内面以外区域而造成污染和易滚动的弊端。方法在普通注射器针帽封闭端设置方形底座,研制竖直放置和横躺放置均易单手回套针头的注射器针帽。采用问卷调查125名护理人员,以评价使用效果。比较带底座注射器针帽应用前后1个月配制备用药液后和肌肉注射后,双手回套针帽的发生率。结果与普通注射器针帽相比,护理人员认为带底座注射器针帽的稳定性、安全性、防污染性、操控性和防滚动性均优于普通注射器针帽,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。应用带底座注射器针帽后,配制备用药液时双手回套针帽的发生率(10.29%)明显低于应用前(19.93%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);肌肉注射后双手回套针帽的发生率(2.94%),明显低于应用前(14.46%),差异有统计学意义(P=0.02)。结论与普通注射器针帽相比,带底座的注射器针帽更易于单手回套针头,提高单手回套针帽的执行率,可降低双手回套针帽的发生率。

Objective To overcome the instability of the center of gravity when the opening end of the needle cap of existing ordinary syringes is placed vertically upward, the syringe needle is not easy to insert, and it is difficult to return the needle cap with one hand. When placed horizontally, the opening is close to the operating table, and when the needle cap is returned with one hand, the needle tip is easy to contact the area beyond the inner surface of the needle cap, resulting in pollution and the disadvantage of easy rolling. Methods A square base is set at the closed end of the needle cap of ordinary syringes to develop a needle cap that can easily return to the sleeve with one hand when placed vertically or horizontally.A questionnaire survey was conducted among 125 nursing staffs to evaluate the efficacy.The incidence of both hands returning to the needle cap after preparing the standby medicine solution and intramuscular injection 1 month before and after application of needle cap with base syringe were compared. Results Compared with the common syringe needle cap, the nursing staffs believed that the needle cap with base was superior to the common syringe needle cap in stability, safety, anti-pollution, handling and anti-rolling, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). After the application of needle cap of syringe with base, the incidence of double hand needle cap (10.29%)was significantly lower than that before the application(19.93%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). After intramuscular injection, the incidence rate of the double hand needle cap(2.94%) was significantly lower than that before application(14.46%), and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.02). Conclusions Compared with the common syringe needle cap, the syringe needle cap with base is easier to return the needle with one hand, which can improve the execution rate of the single-hand needle cap and reduce the incidence of the two-handed needle cap.
