摘要
本文针对马氏体不锈钢在真空热处理过程中表面出现氧化增碳的问题,开展了钝化、机加工、热处理、设备选型等方面的工艺试验,通过进行力学性能、金相组织、外观质量的分析检测,制定了工艺优化措施。预留机加余量、采用真空清洗、优化热处理工艺、加严设备监管等措施,改进了马氏体不锈钢零件表面质量,实现了光亮热处理。
Based on surface oxygenation and recarburization of martensite stainless steel during the vacuum heat treatment, the process test of passivation, machining, heat-treatment, equipment model selection were investigated in this paper. Through analysis and measure of mechanics performance, the metallographic structure and the appearance quality, the measure optimized process was established. The surface quality of martensite stainless steel accessory were improved, which achieved brightness heat treatment by reserving machine allowance, vacuum cleaning, optimizing heat treatment process and tightening equipment supervision.
