摘要
本文研究了3A21铝合金管材生产工艺,通过对3A21铝合金的原料成分、挤压工艺和热处理条件的分析,开发了优质高塑耐蚀3A13铝合金挤压管材生产工艺。最终确定了3A21铝合金成分,铸棒的均匀化处理制度,管材的挤压工艺参数,管材的退火处理制度。经特定成分挤压后得到的3A21铝合金管材,通过430℃×1. 5 h退火处理后,伸长率可达到46%,同时抗腐蚀性在PH值4. 0的酸性条件下可保持46 h,没有肉眼可见的腐蚀点,满足客户需求。
In this paper,the production process of 3 A21 aluminum alloy tube was studied by the analisis of the raw material composition,extrusion process and heat treatment conditions of 3 A21 aluminum alloy,and the production process of 3 A13 aluminum alloy extruded tube with high quality,high plastic and corrosion resistant was developed. The composition of 3 A21 aluminum alloy,the homogenization treatment system of casting rod,the extrusion process and the annealing treatment system of the tube were finally determined. The elongation of 3 A21 aluminum alloy tube obtained by extrusion of specific components can reach 46% after annealing at 430 ℃ for 1. 5 h and the corrosion resistance can remain for 46 h at an acidic p H of 4. 0,without visible corrosion points to meet customer needs.
