摘要
采用直读光谱仪、金相显微镜、扫描电镜等手段对开裂花键轴进行分析。结果表明,花键轴的组织不均匀,存在严重的带状组织及硫化物,导致横向性能降低;在冷挤压过程中,应力在硫化物处产生集中,当应力超过材料强度时便产生开裂。
The cracking reason of spline shaft was analyzed by direct-reading spectrometer, optical microscope and scanning electron microscope. The results show that microstructure of the spline shaft is uniform and there is the serious banded structure and sulfide, which is resulting in reducing lateral performance. The stress is concentrated at the sulfide during the cold extrusion, which the spline shaft cracking occurs when the stress exceeds the material strength.
