摘要
目的:探讨飞龙掌血不同提取部位的镇痛作用,并研究其作用机制。方法:采用热板法检测小鼠的痛阈值,扭体法检测小鼠扭体次数,福尔马林舔足法检测痛觉反应时间;采用酶联免疫检测法(ELISA法)检测飞龙掌血水提部位对扭体小鼠血清和脑组织中前列腺素E2(PGE2)水平的影响。结果:飞龙掌血正丁醇提取部位和水提部位均能显著延长热板法小鼠的痛阈值,减少扭体法小鼠的扭体次数,减少福尔马林法小鼠的舔足时间(P<0.01);飞龙掌血水提部位能明显降低小鼠血清和脑组织中PGE2含量(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:飞龙掌血水提部位具有明显的镇痛作用,其镇痛机制可能与抑制疼痛介质(PGE2)的表达有关。
Objective: To investigate the analgesic effect of different extracted parts of feilong palm blood, and to study the analgesic effect of different parts of feilong palm bloodWith the mechanism. Results: the position of n-butanol and water in metacarpal blood of feilong can prolong the hot plate method significantly (P<0. 01). The PGE2 content in serum and brain tissue of mice was significantly decreased at the site of pterygium palmatum blood water (P<0. 05. P<0. 01). Conclusion:The analgesic mechanism may be related to the inhibition of the expression of pain mediators (PGE2).
