药物酒炙对四物汤补血活血作用的影响研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨不同炮制品组方的四物汤药效。方法:观察不同炮制品组成的四物汤对血虚小鼠外周血象、骨髓有核细胞数、游泳时间、体质量、脾指数、胸腺指数、微循环血流量、微血管流速和管径的影响。结果:各组成成分均为酒炙品组方的四物汤能显著升高脾虚小鼠外周血红细胞数、白细胞数、血红蛋白及骨髓有核细胞的含量,延长脾虚小鼠的游泳时间、增加微循环血流量、增加微动脉和微静脉流速和扩张微动脉和微静脉血管管径,与其他各组及生品组相比,差异有极显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:四物汤用于临床治疗营血虚滞、出血性瘀血伴血虚或产后瘀血出血时,组方中熟地黄、当归、白芍、川芎应采用酒炙品。 Objective: To investigate the efficacy of Siwu Decoction with different processed products. Methods : the effects of Siwu Decoction of different processed products on peripheral blood image, number of marrow nucleated cells, swimming time, body mass, spleen index, thymus index, microcirculation blood flow, microvascular flow velocity and diameter were observed. Results: the Siwu Decoction, which was composed of all the ingredients, could significantly increase the number of peripheral blood red cells? the number of white blood cells, the hemoglobin and the nucleated cells of the bone marrow, prolong the swimming time of the spleen asthenia mice, increase the microcirculation blood flow, increase the velocity ofmicroarterioles and venules,and dilate the microarteries and venules. Vessel diameter was significantly different from that of other groups and groups ( P<0. 01). Conclusion : Siwu Decoction can be used for the blood stasis, hemorrhagic blood stasis, blood deficiency or postpartum blood stasis.
