百合配方颗粒HPLC指纹图谱研究

Study on Fingerprint Analysis of Lilii Bulbus Formula Granules by HPLC

目的:建立百合配方颗粒的HPLC指纹图谱,为百合配方颗粒质量控制提供实验依据。方法:采用HPLC-DAD法,色谱柱为C18型色谱柱,以乙腈一0.1%甲酸溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,检测波长为280nm,流速为0.6mL/min,柱温为25℃。结果:初步建立了百合配方颗粒的HPLC指纹图谱,确定了6个共有峰。结论:该方法稳定、可靠,可用于百合配方颗粒的质量研究和评价。

Objective:To establish the fingerprint of Lilii Bulbus formula granules for evaluating its quality by HPLC. Methods:The method was performed by HPLC-DAD using C18 with amobile phase of consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% formic acetic acid solution in gradient mode at a flow rate of 0.6 mL/min.Column temperature was 25 ℃,wavelength set at 280 nm. Results:The HPLC fingerprint of Lilii Bulbus formula granules particles was established, and the six co mmon peaks were identified. Conclusion:The method is stable and reliable, and can be used for quality research and evaluation of Lilii Bulbus formula granules.
