摘要
目的:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)同时测定平糖散中五味子甲素、五味子乙素的含量。方法:采用Agilent Zorbax SB-C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),以甲醇-水(72.28)为流动相,流速为1.0mL·min^-1,检测波长为254nm,柱温为30℃。结果:五味子甲素、五味子乙素分别在0.023244~0.23244μg·mL^-1和0.02192~0.2192μg·mL^-1浓度范围内与峰面积积分呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别为98.68%,98.54%,RSD分别为0.95%,1.01%.结论:建立的方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于测定平糖散中五味子甲素、五味子乙素的含量。
Objective:To establish a HPLC method for determining Schisandrin chinensis A and Schisandrin chinensis B in Pingtang powder by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Methods:The method was performed on an Agilent Zorbax SB-C18 chromatographic column(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) with mixture of methanol-water(72∶28) as mobile phase.The detection wavelength was set at 254 nm and the column temperature was at 30℃. Results:The linear relationship between Schisandrin chinensis A and Schisandrin chinensis B was obtained in the range of 0.023 244~0.232 44 μg·mL-1 and 0.021 92~0.219 2 μg·mL-1. The average recoveries was 98.68%(RSD=0.95%),98.54%(RSD=1.01%). Conclusion:The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, and can be used for the determination of Schisandrin chinensis A and Schisandrin chinensis B in Pingtang Powder.
