复方缬草胶囊挥发油部位的提取工艺优化研究

Optimization of Extraction Process of Volatile Oil from Compound Valerian Capsule

目的:通过正交试验法优化复方缬草胶囊挥发油部位的最佳提取工艺。方法:以乙酸龙脑酯作为指标,比较不同浸泡时间、料液比和提取时间的提取率。结果:最佳条件为浸泡时间30min,料液比10:1,提取时间5h,此时提取工艺最佳。结论:优化后的方法用时少,提取效率高.且简单可靠,可用于复方缬草胶囊的提取工艺。

Objective: To optimize the extraction process on volatile oil from compound valerian capsule by orthogonal test. Methods :Using borneol acetate as the index to compare the extraction rate of different soaking time, material liquid ratio and extraction time. Results: The best conditions were the soaking time of 30min, the ratio of material to liquid 10 : 1, and the extraction time of 5 hours. Conclusion : The optimized method has the advantages of less time, high extraction efficiency, simple and reliable, and can be used for the extraction process of compound valerian capsule.
