不同产地、采收期及加工方法金银花中木犀草苷含量分析

Analysis of the Content of Galuteolin in Lonicerae japonicae by Different Producing Areas,Harvesting Periods and Processing Methods

目的:考察14批不同产地、采收期及加工方法金银花药材中木犀草苷的含量。方法:按照2015版《中国药典》一部金银花药材项下木犀草苷的含量测定方法进行检测。结果:14批金银花药材中有4批次木犀草苷含量不符合药典规定。结论:不同产地、采收期及加工方法会影响金银花药材中木犀草苷的含量。

Objective: To investigate the content of galuteolin in Lonicerae japonicae from 14 batches of different producing areas, harvesting periods and processing methods. Methods: The determination method of the content of Lonicerae japonicae in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia of 2015 was used to determine the content of galuteolin. Result:The contents of galuteolin in four batches were not in accordance with the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Conclusion: Different producing areas, harvesting period and processing method of Lonicerae japonicae will affect the content of galuteolin.
