摘要 结合实际生产经验,对PVC树脂杂质粒子的类型和产生原因进行了系统分析,提出了生产和检测方面的改进措施。改进后平均杂质粒子数降至12个,对加工制品影响较大的黑色杂质粒子数降至1~2个。 Based on the practical production experience, the types and causes of impurity particles in PVC resin were systematically analyzed, and the improvement measures in production and detection were put forward. The average number of impurity particles was reduced to 12 , and the number of black impurity particles which seriously influenced processed products was reduced to 1-2.
