高钙固硫灰粒径对PVC发泡木塑材料性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 考察了高钙固硫灰粒径对PVC发泡木塑材料弯曲性能、握钉力和落锤冲击性能的影响。结果表明:当高钙固硫灰粒径为18μm时,PVC发泡木塑材料具有最佳的弯曲性能;当高钙固硫灰粒径为11μm时,PVC发泡木塑材料具有最佳的握钉力;高钙固硫灰的粒径对PVC发泡木塑材料的落锤冲击性能几乎没有影响。 The effects of high-calcium sulfur-fixing ash particle size on bending properties, nail holding force and impact properties of foamed PVC-wood material were investigated. The results showed that when the high-calcium sulfur-fixing ash particle size was 18μm, the bending property of foamed PVC-wood material was the best. When the high-calcium sulfur-fixing ash particle size was 11μm, the nail holding force of foamed PVC-wood material was the best. The high-calcium sulfur-fixing ash particle size had little effect on the drop weight impact property of foamed PVC-wood material.
