调度自动化机房自动跟随工具车的应用研究

Research on Application of Automatic Follow-up Tool Vehicle in Dispatching Automation Machine Room

针对目前调度自动化机房中存在的设备种类繁杂、机房工作效率低下以及工作全过程的安全管理等问题,提出对具有工器具管理功能的自动跟随工具车的研究。通过研制三层结构的自动化机房自动跟随工具车,为自动化机房维护工作人员提供自清洁操作台、机房维护工作必要工器具、常用备品备件,同时自动陪伴跟踪摄录工作全过程,实现调试专用笔记本电脑安全管控和智能管理工器具。

In view of the problems existing in the current dispatching automation machine room, such as multifarious types of equipment ? low working efficiency of the machine room and safety management of the whole working process, this paper puts forward the research on the automatic follow-up tool vehicle with tool management function. Through the development of a three-layer automatic follow-up tool vehicle for the automatic machine room, it can provide the maintenance staff of the automatic machine room with self-cleaning operation console, necessary tools and equipment for the maintenance of the machine room, and common spare parts. Meanwhile, it can automatically accompany, track and record the whole process of the work, and realize the safety control and intelligent management of tools and equipment for debugging special notebook computers.
