摘要
介绍了近年来种子分解工序的设计优化及实践情况,包括种子立盘过滤机配置的优化、中间降温设备的改进、高性能HSG/HQG搅拌装置的应用,提出将种分槽进料产生的力矩与搅拌力矩保持同向,以降低搅拌能耗。
The design optimization and practice of seed precipitation in recent years was introduced,including the optimal allocation of vertical pan filter,the improvement of intermediate cooling equipment and the application of HSG/HQG agitating devicewith high performance.It was proposed that the mo ment produced by feeding of seed precipitator should be kept in the same direction with the moment of agitating in order to reduce the energy consumption of agitating.
