摘要
通过焙烧工艺对阳极质量影响的分析,研究了升温速率,焙烧终温,保温时间对阳极质量的影响.为了保证阳极质量,其升温速率尽量不要超过16℃/h,阳极的焙烧终温尽量控制在1100℃左右,同时也会降低制品温差水平和能耗水平.焙烧保温时间的延长将有利于阳极电阻率的降低,控制能耗保温时间在24小时以内比较有利.
Based on analysis on the influence of baking process on the anode quality in this paper,the influence of heat-up rate,final baking temperature and holding time on the anode quality was studied.In order to ensure the anode quality,the heat-up rate should not exceed 16℃/h,and the final bak ing temperature should better be controlled around 1100℃.which can reduce the temperature difference and energy consumption of products.The exten sion of the holding time is useful to reduce the anode resistivity and it is better to control the holding time within 24 hours.
